节食减肥是不可取的,该摄入的碳水还是得正常摄入,不然容易经期紊乱,甚至是不来月经。

一般我的午饭只会吃拳头大小的一团米饭或者是粥,然后要多点摄入蛋白质,像鱼和鸡蛋还有牛肉鸡腿肉以及鸡胸肉之类的肉类。但是!猪肉尽量少吃,猪肉的脂肪比其他肉类脂肪高出很多。
