More employees should take it into consideration that starting a side venture to supplement income and increase financial stability . Leaving the confines of a full time job for side ventures is quite risky, but some beneficiaries are now much happier not having to rely anyone else to make ends meet.
People too often trust corporate careers to proved them financial security , but don't anticipate future layoffs and potential setbacks . Women are more vulnerable than men to job instability ,making side hustle more important.
