Hello everyone! I'm Helen, your Yoga teacher today. Do you like to introduce yourselves?
Ok, Happy, Coco, and Angel, nice to meet you.
Before we enter the world of Yoga, let's play a game.
Close your eyes, open your eyes. (Till everyone can follow.)
Let's do breathing (inhale, exhale). Follow me.
Sit straight, close your eyes. inhale, exhale. (如有过分歪斜,要调整坐姿)
Quiet.
We'll go to the forest, where we see horses, cats, tigers, dogs, lions, snakes.
They can mimick the sound of the animals.
(break for drink or eat, etc.)
At the end of the class, they are willing to express themselves in English:
1)their names
2)names of the animals above, and their sounds.
3)understand some English verbs above.
[全英文教授儿童瑜伽。一节课结束时,他们可以用英语表达自己的名字;猫、虎、狗、狮子、蛇等动物的名字和声音;理解课上所用的动词,并能模仿,在练习中可以说出在做什么。]
[课程适用于懂一点儿英语,却羞怯不敢表达的幼儿,或是需要巩固英语学习的低年级儿童。本次试课的三个孩子,是4岁半至6岁半。一节课开口说英语,效果良好。]
[本次试课遇到的问题:孩子如果兴奋,讲话声音就会大;不兴奋,就会不爱配合学习。不太适合安排在需要安静的场所;或是需要老师(我本人)更好地控场。]
