in case与if的区别

不同点：in case 有免得; 以防; 也许;的意思，而if没有。

I want to take a umbrella , in case it is rain.我想带一把伞，以防下雨。（不管下不下雨，我都会带一把雨伞）I would take a umbrella , if it is rain. 如果下雨的话，我会带一把伞.（只有下雨，我才会带一把雨伞）

Take a hat with you in case the sun is very hot.

带上帽子，以防太阳很热。（不管太阳热不热，都要带上帽子）

if the sun is very hot , take a hat with you.

如果太阳很热，就带上帽子。（太阳热，才带上帽子，太阳不热就不带帽子了）

相同点：in case 和 If 都有假如，如果的意思。
