分角创密教学法是在此前知识密室教学法上融合前沿职业教育教学法基础上的大胆融合与创新。
此前,金俊江老师创立的知识密室教学法,将桌游悬疑游戏融合到学科教学中来,是一种划时代的教学方法创新。
如今他结合对分课堂教学法、角色扮演教学法、创客教学法和他独创的知识密室教学法四大教学法为一体,命名为分角创密教学法。更是现代职业教育史具有里程碑意义的事件。
进入新世纪以来,多位教育家对职业教育的教学方法进行思考。
普林斯顿大学博士、复旦大学心理学教授张学新提出了对分课堂教学法,提出了将课堂切分教学,其核心思想为一半的时间用于教学、一半的时间用于讨论。该教学法有一定的先进性,但是学生的参与度如何提高,如何合理的分配讨论时间、如何有效调动学生在参与过程的积极性,这些问题都亟待解决。
因为金老师是教《创业教育》的,所以他也在思考如何用专业化的教育方法融入到对分课堂以期待提升学生的创业积极性。
进入新世纪以来,一些学者专家在创业教育领域开展了教学创新。上海师范大学黎加厚教授在创客教育论坛上提出了五步创客教学法、之后北京师范大学的傅骞教师提出了创客教育的SCS教学法(情怀故事引入(story)--》简单任务模仿(copy)--》知识要点讲解(state)--》拓展任务模仿(copy extend)--》创新激发引导(stimulate)--》协同任务完成(cooperation)--》成功作品分享(share))。
金老师在这两种教学潮流方法的基础上,融合了了之前的知识密室教学法。同时受到了明茨伯格角色理论的影响。创立了角分创密教学法。
在大的原则上,金老师将教学设计成两堂课连上的状态进行合理切分。课前借助问卷星进行角色定位。具体课程结构布局如图。需要注意的是红颜色表示课堂老师时间和学生时间的切分。蓝颜色表示内部的平行时空。
