It is not easy to control your emotion well especially with the situation that full of hostility.

We need to express our thoughts clearly or they will continue to bully you. You can't talk about the words with a bad guy with the peace. While with the time flies you will leave the bad situation quickly.

We are used to endure everything while it will express the thought that they can bully you with the casual manner.

Once you find that is no way to change just keep away it further to avoid the harm.

Sometimes  I will thought why these bad guys or bad things happened in our life. Maybe we will learn an important lesson that is to protect ourselves more carefully.
