According to a physiological specialist, our brain can be shaped by meditation of yoga. It's said that through long period of yoga, we will become more kind and easier to focus and look more young.In fact, doing a particular thing can shape a particular aspect of ourselves. If you do exercise , you will be more fit, active and silm. If you study mathematics, you are tend to be more logical and reasonable.Thus, we can shape ourselves by many ways and be the kind of person we want to be by doing a particular thing for a long term.I have learned TKD for one year and I feel it really shapes me in many ways.I have better physical scores and I am more active.What's more, I really feel that it improves my temperament which surprises me a lot.
