Question NO.1-What am I worrying about?

NO.2 What can i do about it?

NO.3 Here is what i am going to do about it?

NO.4 When am i going to start doing it?

第一个问题-我担忧什么?

第二个-我能做什么?

第三个,我决定怎么做?

第四个,我什么时候开始做?

第三篇 如何改变忧虑的习惯

Rule 1:

Keep busy. The worried person must lose himself in action, lest be wither in despair.

保持忙碌。忧虑的人一定要让自己沉浸在工作中,否则会在绝望中挣扎。

Rule 2:

Let's not allow ourselves to be upset by small things we should despise and forget.

Remember"Life is too short to be little."

不要让自己因为一些应该抛弃和忘记的小事而忧虑。

要记住:"生命如此短暂,不要为小事而忧虑。"

Rule 3:

"Let's examine the record." Let's ask ourselves:"What are the chances, according to the law  of averages, that this event i am worrying about will ever occur?"

"让我们看看记录,让我们根据平均概率问问自己,现在担心会发生的事情,发生的机会是多少?"

Rule 4 is:

Cooperate with the inevitable.

接受不可避免的事实。

Rule 6 :

Don't try to saw sawdust.

不要试着去锯木屑。

第四篇 培养平安快乐的心理

Rule 1:

Think and act cheerfully,and you will feel cheerful.

有了快乐的思想和行为,你就会感受到快乐。

Rule 2:

Let's never try to get even

with our enemies,because if we do we will hurt ourselves far more than we hurt them.

我们永远不要去试图报复我们的仇敌,如果我们那样去做的话,我们对自己的伤害将会甚于对敌人的伤害。

Rule 3:

If you do this, you will never worry about ingratitude.

对人施恩勿望回报。

Rule 4:

Count your blessings--not your troubles!

Rule 5:

Let's not imitate others. Let's

find ourselves and be ourselves.

不要模仿别人。让我们找到自我,保持本色。

Rule 6:

When fate hands us a lemon ,

let's try to make a lemonade.

Rule 7:

Forget yourself by becoming interested in others. Do every day a good deed that will put a smile of joy on someone's face.

第五篇 免受批评的忧虑

Rule 1:

Remember that no one ever kicks a dead dog.

记住,从来没有人会踢一只死狗。

Rule 2:

Do the very best yon can,and criticism can't hurt you.

凡事尽力而为,不要让批评伤害你。

Rule 3:

Let's keep a record of the fool things we have done and criticise ourselves.

记下自己做过的傻事,批评自己。

第六篇  保持充沛活力
Rule 1:
Rest  before  you  get  tired, and  you  will  add  one  hour  a  day  to  your  waking  life.
在感觉疲劳之前休息,然后你每天可以多清醒一个小时。
Rule 2:
You  always  begin  to  relax  with  your  muscle.
应该先放松你的肌肉。

如果不想为失眠忧虑:
1.睡不着就工作或看书,直到   打瞌睡。
2.从来没有人会因为缺乏睡眠而死。担心失眠而忧虑的伤害比失眠更厉害。
3.试着祈祷。
4.放松全身。
