Do you sometimes have temptations? How can you resist it?

              Life is full of kinds of temptations. All about this you can do is to resist it, insist your goals and never give up.

            For me,I like eating all kinds of spicy food.So I don't resist it at all.I think spicy food is awesome.After eating it, You  will  feelso hot and then you will be addicted to it.But I think I should eat it little by little.Because it is not good for our health.So,I will try my best.
