First I must thank you for your time to read my file. My name is Luo Shangyi. I am a student of Hangzhou No.4 high school which has a histroy of 120 years in Zhejiang Province. I have spent three years at this public key high school. For me, the Chinese university of Hong Kong is just like the city ShenZhen: young and vigrous, full of hope. I hope that one day I could continue to pursue my dream at this university.
During my senior school, I have been striving to balance my study between science and art through which I distinguished myself by excellent performance in the examinations. My comprehensive score had ranked top 50 at school several times. I've been awarded School-level merit student , the third prize scholarship, School-level propaganda pacemaker and other honors.
During all the subjects I prefer math most.Because I am obsessed with the charm of logic in mathematics. My math scores are basically in the top 5% at school. I also love physics and chemistry and manage to get marvelous results.
Our society needs talents of all-round development. Since the new college entrance examination is not fixed, I choose physics , chemistry and history as my testing subjects. I believe it will be helpful to foster ability of thinking deliberately as well as critical thinking ability.
As a student with many hobbies, I love playing basketball and reading the classics. I am crazy for the bastketball.As the captain of our class basketball team, I have organized many basketball matches between classes.
I think I am a person who is easy to get along with. I am our class psychological consultant. Helping others solve their problems makes me feel good and valuable.Hangzhou is a popular resort.In my spare time, I usually volenteer at local public places,such as the bus stations to serve the citizens.
I have been longing to study in Chinese university of Hong Kong. I am far more willing to embrace the college motto" 博文约礼”. Last but not the least，thank you for your time again.Your recognition and appriciation will be my power scource for the future.
