以前看中医理论，知道五行包括：金，木，水，火，土。
The five elements refer to :wood,fire ,earth ,metal and water .
也耳熟能详地知道：相生（by generation)，相克(by restriction)，
比如，火生土（fire generates earth)、土生金（earth generates metal); 土克水（earth restricts water)、水克火（water tetricts fire)。
但是对相乘（sujugation)、相侮（counter-restriction)比较陌生。
相乘是什么意思呢？
相乘是相克的“过”，相克太过，犹不及。比如，本来土是克水的，可过度克水，变成没有水涵养的干旱土壤了，是为土乘水。
for intance ,wood normally restricts earth ,however,if wood i in exce ,it may over restict earth and brings on insufficiency of earth .
相侮是什么意思呢？
相侮是相克太“弱”，比如本来是金克木的，可是当金不足时，木反克制金，是为木侮金。
for example ,under normal conditions metal restrics word.but when wood is in excess or metal is in deficiency 缺乏,wood will counter -rstrict metal intead of beng restricted by metal,which i known as "wood counter-restricting metal".
1、restriction n. 约束、限制 ； （中医指）相克
2、subjugate v. 使屈服、征服； （中医指）相乘
