eye-catching theme Misconception,the first TM role in Hutong, impressed me by interesting opening speech and introducing every meeting role smoothly and positively with unique words combining the theme,from which you interviewed everyone in advance! You are a responsible model to make full preparation to be each role in toastmasters meeting.(Btw congrats again for you being the first place in Division A Mandarin contest just joining Hutong in August and your effort worth it，my idle ~each step counts!

感慨看到美丽的雪做主持人，想起自己去年也是12月19号第一次做主持人，那次主题是The Impact of Music。

看到她的惊艳，对照自己是否还能认认真真准备每个角色反思，果然头马每一步都算数，进步大和进步小，和自己的习惯和思维以及行动挂钩:

有心准备，提前咨询助力这次避免绕路！

Learn from Timer Josh
the first time to be a busy-bee timer,and your second time as function role,challenging unfamiliar task with your best effort to remind the speakers and record the usage of time, next meeting in Dec.25th you are gonna to be  Ah-counter and we are strongly looking forward to your joining.

Learn from TTM Michael
practicing AC manual(facilitation) again and again to improve his hosting skill by choosing [situation-solution] form!

Learn from Speaker Nathan
body language (imitating monkey style to show his stories),telling us a [Despicable Me] as an interesting ice breaker! 

Learn from Qianru
challenging herself using English to deliver her story by practicing vocal variety(it takes nerve to do sth we are not confident with and it will turn into a propound growth story in the future)

Learn from Melody
without using notes to evaluate Qianru,and giving her a lot of inspiration and impressing the audience as a public speech role model!(I need rethink her evaluation again to improve myself )

Recap myself:
-1.Delivering the open speech : connect the audience by introducing the public and leadership ability clearly, while forget mentioning the Four taboos, which next time should not  be acceptable.

-2.Doing TTE by dividing into groups style --using content（PEP structure：Point-Example-Point），body language（gesture by stretching arms，giving hands，moving position ，imitating my idle Xue），Emotion(eye smile honesty imitating a guest),next time controlling  time usage and choosing points more accurately.

-3.Learning from two warm and sweet girls， who learn about toastmasters from others and step out of their routine immediately since they wanna join a new world with curiosity ,which is a spirit of action，reminding me of my first time to join toastmaster. It occurs to me that we are so lucky  since we join a non-profit organization together with same ambition-that is we wanna learn and we wanna improve)

「从访客身上，直观地看到为什么头马百年老店魅力不减反增的原因&自己幸运加入得早，为自己能坚持练习而得到进步狠狠鼓掌，也自我反思练习是否到位，激励自己需要继续保持那颗初心～坚信追求更好的精神力和行动力」

-4.Help special meeting’s adjustment of new officer installment ,but without help double check the agenda(whether adding GE /Timer report or not by balancing the time usage and meeting effect，and communicating with other officers and thinking wisely advance next time )「及时沟通，随时沟通」

-5.胡同主席上任3分钟演讲，要点：自我成长和感恩：从胡同访客有缘人到胡同人，离不开不在现场的一鸣 海英 Terra的点评反馈和Lily导师点拨的“演讲的目的是什么”，以及在座各位会员的反馈和建议，自己有幸吸收到大家分享的营养，获得野蛮生长，希望自己更好的反哺服务胡同，帮助更多胡同人链接起来，一起成长！
