A/The most famous scene of the movie, a cigarette between Malena's lips, ugly men came to light it up. That day is after Malena cut hair short, and dyed red, desperation in her eyes, no expression on her face. In order to live, she has to become that kind of woman, all the people in the town thought to be. A prostitute.

B/ After the war, the women in the town, hurt Malena seriously, almost bald her, naked her, abused her, what she could do is only screaming at those men who had ever taken advantage of her, but no one stepped out to protect her, just looked her to be destroyed.  

C/ Malena's husband came back, lost one arm. The men in the town laughed at him and slapped him. A solider went to war to guard his country, but his wife left home no one to protect and they all bully her. 

3、What did you learn from the movie?

I didn't learn anything. I just feel sad about beauty. A pretty widow just wanna live, but the other women are jealous of her and other men only wanna slept with her. No one really love her and treat her with heart.

4、The background of the story.

Malena is the most beautiful lady in the town, her beauty satisfied all the men's sex fantasy, including a 13 years old boy. Her husband went to war and died. Life is so hard for a pretty widow in the town.
