没有听清别人说的可以说:Sorry,I didn't catch thay. Did you say...?
说话这声音太低可以说:I'm sorry.I can't hear you very well.Would you speak up a litter,please?And so on.
讲话者语速太快可以说:Sorry,my English isn't very strong,could you speak more slowly,please? And so on.
