Chinese New Year Campaign Terms&Conditions

 

General

1.These Chinese New Year Marketing Campaign Terms & Conditions (this “Amendment”) are an integral part of the general PAYSEND PLC TERMS OF SERVICE available athttps://paysend.com/docs/paysend_plc_term_en.pdf(the “Agreement”). 

2.The relationship between You and Paysend plc shall be governed by this Amendment with respect to the matters specifically provided herein and by the Agreement with respect to any other matters. This Amendment sets out the terms and conditions of a marketing campaign (“Program”) launched by Paysend plc (“Paysend”) and any transaction initiated by You within the term of the Program will be governed by this Amendment. If You do not agree or do not accept this Amendment, you must not use Paysend service for completing payment transactions. 

3. Unless otherwise provided by this Amendment, all capitalized terms shall have the meaning prescribed to them in the Agreement. 

Term

This Amendment shall be valid for thirty days from the 25 January to 5 February 2019. 

Program

1.The Program will start at 00:00:00 Central European Time on the 25 January 2019 and will end at 23:59:59 GMT+1 on the 5 February 2019 inclusive. Each day of the Program shall start at 00:00:00 Central European Time and shall end at 23:59:59 GMT+1.

2.On each day of the Program, the first 12 customers which successfully completed a money transfer to a recipient’s card issued by a Chinese Bank using Paysend service (such money transfer shall be the “Eligible Transaction”) will have a right to receive a reward described in Clause 3.3 below. Each day will start at 8am GMT+1

3.Each of 12 customers specified in Clause 3.2 above will receive an Amazon Gift Voucher with a nominal value of either €12.88, £11.46, $14.66, or 19.54 Canadian Dollars, depending on the original transaction currency (“Reward”). The Reward will be delivered to the customer via email at the address registered with Paysend Wallet in the form of an Amazon voucher code.

4.Paysend will not request an e-mail address from the customer for Reward delivery purposes – each customer participating in the Program is responsible to verify that an e-mail address shown in the customer’s account is correct and represents an actual e-mail address that the customer has access to.

5.Only the first 12 customers are eligible to receive a Reward, and each customer can benefit from the Program only once per day. If You complete 12 consecutive Eligible Transactions, only the first transaction will be rewarded. If You complete an Eligible Transaction after the first 12 Eligible Transactions have been completed, You will not receive any Reward.

6.The Reward will be denominated only in the currencies specified in Clause 3.3 above. The Reward’s denomination currency will be determined by Paysend in its sole discretion and will in most cases be the same as the Eligible Transaction originating currency. You will not be able to choose the Reward’s denomination currency. 

7.All Eligible Transactions (as any other transfer using Paysend service) are non-refundable. 

Customer’s Eligibility

You are authorized to participate in the Program if:

1.You are a registered Paysend customer who has an e-mail address registered with Paysend Wallet;

2. You have completed an Eligible Transaction using a bank card issued by a bank in any of the following countries: Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom;

3.You are a permanent resident of any of the following countries: Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom;

4.You have completed an Eligible Transaction in any of the following currencies: British Pounds, Euro, Canadian Dollars, or U.S. Dollars; and

5.You have not claimed a refund on the completed Eligible Transaction.

5.2 This Amendment shall be governed by the English law.

5.3 Paysend retains the right to alter this Amendment in full or in part anytime, including after the Program’s start date, without any notice to You or Your acceptance.
