【教研】There is no shortcut to succ

I watched the second lesson  from Miss Gong today. I was deeply moved.There are many advantages and details for me to learn.

To make English---learning full of interests.

At the beginning of the class,She played two English songs for students and asked them to listen to the lyrics .Then,fill in the blanks with the missing words. As an audience,I was pretty pleasure to listen to the songs.Also,It's very curious for students to finish such a wonderful task. I think this activity is quite useful to stimulate students' learning interests.There is an old saying:  Interest  is the best teacher. So we need to try our best to learn more about students' hobbies and interests. That will not only help us to make our lessons attracted,and also help to make our students learn English effectively and actively. Maybe English songs,English movies, drawings  can open up a new area and age of English-- learning and teaching. I will learn to speak English more often,I will learn to sing English songs as possible as I can,I will learn to draw in my free time. I will remember my determinations and do something to make them come ture.Because I believe that it's never too late to begin.

To do everything  more and more carefully.

From Miss Gong's class,We can find that she did really well at every detail.She made a scientific teaching plan,she gave students logical and detailed explanations to all the exercises.And the most important thing was that her mind was full of students all the time. Although she couldn't see students and know about their reactions. I believe that It is very important for teachers to do that. But,in fact, I also truly know it's quite difficult for teachers to realize that  . She gave me a strong power to keep trying. The ture hero is the person who completely  recognizes the  truth of life and still loves it. I know it's hard for me to do everything so carefully like her,but I know  a little bit everyday makes a big difference.

I know we are facing a dark time right now.I also know there are so many heroes working day and night at every part of China. As a teacher,it's special and heroic to watch the famous teachers lessons and set up determinations to learn from these excellent ones.From now on,I will do my best to focus on students' interests,attentions,reactions and so on to return the right of learning to the students themselves.
