0.需求

想要查询TCGA里的乳腺癌每个样本是什么亚型,并选出LumA和LumB亚型的样本。

这个信息在xena网站上有现成的,如下:




1.读取数据

其实不光是BRCA,各种癌症的亚型都在这里

3.提取需要的亚型样本

brca_exp.Rdata里面存放的是brca的表达矩阵。可以通过TCGAbiolinks下载得到。
