How to build“sell-yourself-to-yourself”commercial

In brief, “sell-yourself-to-yourself” commercial ,is not complicated thing, it means that you must believe yourself and respect yourself.

Sometimes when your leader ask you to give a talk to your colleagues, and when you start saying something what you did not remember you said , and then your knees literally shook and your hands trembled.

After you have finished the talking, you are seating a lot. Why?

Because you feel very nervous, and you have not enough confidence. And in your mind, you convinced yourself that you would fail.

Ok, guys, How do you prepare or give a wonderful pep talking in front of your colleagues or other people.

Remember the sentence :”Believe yourself, You are the best man!”

So it is important to build “sell-yourself-to-yourself” commercial.

First, select your assets, your points of superiority. And ask yourself, “What are my best qualities?”, Don’t be shy in describing yourself.

Second,put these points down on paper in your own words. Write your commercial to you. Reread and talk to yourself, Be very direct. Don’t think of anyone or anything but you as you say your commercial.

Third, practice your commercial out loud in private at least once a day. It helps a lot to do this before a mirror. Put your body into it. Repeat your commercial forcefully with determination. Make your blood travel faster through your body. Get yourself warmed up.

Fourth, read your commercial silently several times every days. Read it before you tackle anything that demands courage. Read it every time you feel let down. Keep your commercial handy at all times-then use it.

There is an example about my “Believe Oath”:

Andy , meets Andy - an important, a really important person, a very handsome person.

Andy, you are a big thinker, so think big as possible as you can. Think Big about Everything. You’ve got plenty of ability to do a first-class job, so do a first-class job.

Andy, you believe in Happiness, Progress, and Prosperity.
So, talk only Happiness,
Talk only Progress,
Talk only Prosperity.

You have lots of drive,Andy, lots of drive.

So put that drive to work. Nothing can stop you, Andy, Remember It, Nothing!

Andy, you’re enthusiastic. Let your enthusiasm show through.

You look good, Andy, and you feel very good. Stay that way.

Andy, you were a great fellow yesterday and you’re going to be an even greater fellow today. Now go to it, Andy, Go forward.

Andy, remember “You are what you think you are!”

These are very simply sentences, but repeat them every day, some days later, you will find its power that make you feel more confidence.

So, Guys, take your hands and write your “sell-yourself-to-yourself” commercial, and repeat it everyday.

Just one more thing, A lot of people, maybe even a majority, may laugh at this success-rewarding technique. That’s because they refuse to believe that success comes form managed thinking. But please! Don’t accept the judgment of average people. You are not average. If you have any doubts as to the basic soundness the “sell-yourself-to-yourself” principle, ask the most successful person you know what he thinks about it. Ask him, and then start selling yourself to yourself.

Believe Yourself! And your Thought will guide your Action!
