We were playing basketball with some young guys.
At first, about after five minutes, we felt very tired, and Mr Yin,

If we want to keep our body’s health, we must exercise regularly, but sometimes we have lots of time to eat and sleep, we always say that we have not enough time to exercise, because we have lots of works to do.
