On the first session started at 8h20 the warm up we did snatch 5,2 rob and 6, after the players got warm we tried some technical involving dribbling pull the ball inside and outside the area shown, then involves passing the ball, press forward to grab the ball, after receiving the ball from the left or right side. We introduced defending the between 2 players which are passing in between which brings the defending spirit and quick thinking. The exercise showed the improvement of players during the game because they were passing and defending together as a team.
Training on 7Nov Training on 7NovOn the second session we did a warm up that involved the coordination, which does help the kid having a nice coordination, after the warm up we divided the players into teams .
In the technical part, we did things that involved dribbling that helps and directing the ball but we involved the competition mostly that the kid would be able to perform properly this performance was not good in the beginning the as the exercise was going it became more perfect.
Training on 7NovThen we introducing shooting part where we did put some cones and they have to pass through before shooting .the results was good but we need to focus more on that exercise because it is very important during the game
Training on 7NovIn the game part I tried to let them play and see if there is an improvement according to the exercise we had before, there was a slight improvement where we still need to focus and keep teaching them the basic exercises .with time it will be good.
Training on 7NovOn the stretching I introduced a technique of letting kids guide the stretching with help of the coach where the best performer is the one who leads the stretching this brings a spirit between players to play better next time that they can be able to lead the stretching.
