一个家庭的基本组成人员有：爷爷奶奶，爸爸妈妈，儿子女儿。我是爸爸。

4月5日晚上8点25分，吃过晚饭之后，我把大家都召集到一起，做了家庭的第一次演说。最近家庭关系出了一些问题，我认为最大的原因是缺乏沟通，没有达成共识。

“首先谢谢大家，今天我需要担耽误你们十分钟的时间。你们都是因为我聚在一起，所以我有必要向大家介绍我自己，以便大家更好的认识我，了解我。我把大家召集起来。第一，我想通过这种形式来锻炼我自己。在公众面前讲话，不是一件简单的事情。第二，我刚买了一本书叫做《为何家会伤人？》我想跟大家一起学习。我将是一个很有钱的人。因为我知道了挣钱的方法，那就是学习。只要一个人会学习，他终将会很有钱。如果你有了钱，但是不知道怎么去使用，这些钱终将不会属于你。要得到一个东西的最好方法就是让你配得上他，而你配得上很有钱的方法，就是要学习。好啦，不多说了。为了控制好时间，我们一起来学习本书的序言。”

我朗读完了，一共花了15分钟。然后大家解散，各忙各的去了。

这两天大家的关系明显好了很多。我很少，甚至没有听到他们的抱怨。一个家庭有这么多的个体，而每个个体都是不一样的。所以家庭文化是很重要的。家庭最需要的是和谐，但是又怎么达到和谐呢？我想通过读书这样一种方式，大家共同学习，共同成长。

" 

It took me 15 minutes to read out.Then everyone disbanded.

The  relationship between us has obviously  improved a lot these two days.I seldom hear their complaints. A family has so many individuals, and each  individual is different.So family culture is  very important.What the family needs most  is harmony, but how can harmony be  achieved?I want to use the way of  reading.  Learn together,  growth together.
