    Have you always been in a such predicament to pay attention ?How to overcome it?Through learning the Ted talk ,learning to meditate maybe a greater way . How do you learn to meditate ?From the ted point of view ,we should just get really curious about what was happening in our momentary experience ,instead of fighting our brains or trying to focus ourselves to pay attention. In other words ,in order to step into being ,we need seeing the really estates what we get at the moment when we are involved in our actions and behaviors,stepping out of our old and reactive habit patterns  by being disenchanted on a visceral level and from the disenchanted stance to let their go naturally!
