Role:
- This position reports directly to the PMT APAC HOS Group Leader.
- This position is responsible for the deployment of Honeywell Operating System Order to Cash for multiple sites and business Order to Cash (OTC) initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Build up strong MOS, drive process improvement and provide solutions for business growth.
- Support, train, mentor and coach business functions and sites’ leadership – business function leaders, Plant Managers, HOS Steering Team members, external suppliers and customers etc.
- Influence the business and Site Leadership on HOS OTC principles, processes, and tools as defined in the HOS OTC guidebooks and specifications.
- Facilitate the business Order to Cash workshop and mentor the improvement projects.
- Lead the HOS and Kaizen knowledge sharing process. Develop the case studies and guidebook for each tool in the region.
- Identify & deploy impactful tools, processes, and training needed to deploy the HOS OTC (Order to Cash) framework.
- Drive breakthrough performance and expectations at each HOS site.
- Extend the HOS OTC deployment to key suppliers and customers.
- Support the project management efforts of the Site HOS leader to confirm and manage adherence to the SIF implementation plan.
- Coaches & mentors all ISC leaders & HOS Specialists in HOS OTC Deployment
Basic Qualifications:
- Leadership skills, is a team player with Enthusiasm and high energy, has strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of driving results.
- Lean Expert or equivalent or above experience. Multi-site experience with the Toyota Production System, Lean manufacturing, or similar operating system.
- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations (Chemical industry or Automobile industry preferred) /ISC and Lean Expert or equivalent experience or above. At least 3+years’ people management skill in manufacturing factory.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Build capability within site leadership by asking impactful questions and challenging current practices
- Track record of achieving results in challenging assignments. Builds relationships & Leverages organization for help and support
- Ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence. Ability to make a significant change in a variety of environments, with multiple learning experience
- Strong organizational skills with project planning, program management expertise.
- Fluent Chinese Mandarin and English.
- Able to travel 75+% of time as necessary to support HOS deployments and site readiness activities
- Bachelor degree or above.
Additional Qualifications:
- Results oriented with history of getting breakthrough results through TPS or other Continuous Improvement programs
- An effective facilitator has strong capability to coach and mentor plant leadership, including front line supervisors.
- Finesse & confidence in communication, compelling verbal communication and presentation skills, including presentation planning and delivery skill.
