【autodesk产品无法安装解决方案】
一、确认是否开启允许安装“任何来源应用”。
运行终端,执行命令:sudo spctl --master-disable
二、确认确认是否已经删除干净原来的应用和应用残留。
1、先在应用程序中卸载已安装的软件。
2、在Finder直接“前往文件夹…”,手动删除以下目录里的文件和文件夹
/Users/username/Adlm
/Applications/Autodesk
/usr/discreet/backburner
/usr/discreet/lib32/backburner
/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.autodesk
/usr/local/flexnetserver
/Library/StartupItems/adsknlm
/var/flexlm/
/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Adlm
/Library/Preferences/FLEXnet Publisher/FLEXnet/
/Library/Preferences/FLEXnet Publisher/FLEXnet/
3、在 Finder 中,单击前往>实用程序>终端
逐一执行以下命令,每个命令后按 ENTER。
注意:系统将提示您输入 Mac 密码。键入时没有显示符号,这是正常的。键入并按 ENTER。
rm -rf /Library/Application\ Support/Autodesk/AdODIS
rm -rf /Library/Application\ Support/Autodesk/DDA
rm -rf /Library/Application\ Support/Autodesk/ODIS
rm -rf $HOME/Library/Logs/Autodesk
rm -rf $HOME/Library/Logs/Autodesk\ Installer
rm -rf $HOME/Library/Application\ Support/AutodeskInstaller
sudo launchctl unload/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.autodesk.AdskLicensingService.plist
pkgutil --forget com.autodesk.AdskLicensing
rm /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.autodesk.AdskLicensingService.plist
killall AdskLicensingService
rm -rf /Library/Application\ Support/Autodesk/AdskLicensing
rm -rf /Library/Application\ Support/Autodesk/AdskLicensingService
rm -rf /Library/Application\ Support/FLEXnet\ Publisher
rm -rf /Library/Frameworks/Adlm.framework
rm -rf $HOME/Adlm
rm -rf $HOME/Library/Application\ Support/Autodesk
sudo chmod -R uga+rw /Library/Application\ Support/Autodesk/AdskLicensingService
launchctl load /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.autodesk.AdskLicensingService.plist
【注意:】如果在用于启动许可服务的命令之后: sudo launchctl load /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.autodesk.AdskLicensingService.plist
在终端中失败并出现以下错误:
/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.autodesk.AdskLicensingService.plist: Service已禁用
加载失败:119:服务已禁用
使用以下命令启用服务:
sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.autodesk.AdskLicensingService.plist
警告:-w 如果禁用将启用服务并将禁用该服务如果已启用)
4、重新启动您的 Mac。
5、再次开始软件安装。
