今晚还在背诵第7篇，其实坚持有第九天了吧
今天有9个句子
每一个句子有抄写15遍，用时11点半到凌晨两点共计用时：2个半小时
今日感想：1、还是坚持下来了
2、调整方法先背一遍然后再抄写效果要好些
3、今天励志还有12篇，我也要开始减肥了准备辟谷了……
4、还是要加强背诵的效果还有效率啊
