error: The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run 'pod install' or update your CocoaPods installation.
解决办法：
在执行pod install的过程中有以下警告：

In order for CocoaPods integration to work at all, please either set the base configurations of the target `hello_world-desktop` to `Target Support Files/Pods-hello_world-desktop/Pods-hello_world-desktop.debug.xcconfig` or include the `Target Support Files/Pods-hello_world-desktop/Pods-hello_world-desktop.debug.xcconfig` in your build configuration (`mac/UserConfigMac.debug.xcconfig`).
