What you can do is only to get rid of every single useless emotional thought to make yourself feel better and continue tackling the problems you face.

It's hard to find a place quiet enough to contemplate in this era of consumptionism. Everyday you wake up, everyone you meet and everything you see is reminding you that you are not living happy enough in various ways. You feel like drowning in people and their opinions.

You probably don't have the guts to let them fuck off, but you can at least keep away from them. Mentally, if not physically.
