how to become a self-discipline person？

i think there are three significant aspects: ability of focus, will power, perseverance.（即专注力、意志力、持久力）

i think the three parts are the core of one's comprehensive competitiveness. 

this morning when i'm on the way to work by subway and listening the English speech made by Anne Hathaway, an idea about learning English flashed into my mind. 

i haven't thought deeply about the relation between listening, reading, speaking and writing.

now i am aware that listening and reading are absolutely important to the speaking and writing. 

i can learn the new way to express thing after enough reading and listening. 

enough listening can not only improve my speaking but also help me recognize a word  which i may be familiar with but can't recognize through listening. 

it is similar to the Chinese writing. 

if we want to improve our written level, we need to read and listen a lot. 

the quality and quantity of the output is decided by that of the input. 

for example, i obviously feel that my English expression is so terrible. therefore i must read and listen as many as possible.
