6、American and china could tackle the world's challege together.but now seems laughable.
7、During the financial crisis of 2007-09.china and american did manage to talk to each other about how to save the world from economic ruin.their abiliry to co-ordinate was a huge help.to today's disaster requires their co-coporatation all the more.instead.both counries are treating covid-19 as a trial of strength between competing political system.
