Dreaming

      It's Sydney, Australia, 3a.m. in the early morning. Sue wakes up suddenly because of the bright moonlight. She looks at the clock on the wall for a while. It's still early, she thinks, and goes on sleeping.

      She then sees a shadow in a bright color dress, but she can't realize who she is at once. She hears a soft voice around her, "save me, save me..." Sue tries to find out where the voice comes from, but failed.

      Sue opens her eyes, the sun is shining through the window. It's now the middle of summer, nearly the end of this term, so this makes her feel really hot and uncomfortable. She quickly get dressed and finishes everything she needs to do, then goes to school.

      As usual, when Sue walks to the corner of the street, her boyfriend, John, is waiting for her. She get on his bike and they go to school together. Although Sue thinks something is going wrong, but she can't tell.

      When she gets into the classroom,she is surprised to see that her best friend Lily isn't there. After the teacher phones Lily's parents, things go worse as her parents saw Lily got out of home to go to school. Sue feels afraid.

      Will Lily still alive?

      Lily's parents call the police to solve the problem in fear, and Sue is also worried at school. Before the school ends, the teacher tells them that Lily was found by the police. Her blood was on the road from the way to school, to a large bin. Her poor body was thrown by the murderer in the bin. As there is too much trash in the bin, the police can't figure out whose fingerprint is.

      Sue follows the police to see her poor friend, and sees Lily is in a bright pink dress.

      She then remembers John took a small knife to school this morning, told her he will use the knife to cut the fruit to share with his classmates. Also, some red liquid was on the knife. She asked him about that and John was hurried to change a topic and just said he cut tomatoes for breakfast sandwich and forgot to wash. But she remembers clearly that he said he only drank milk, because of getting up late.

      So the result is, John killed Lily, and Sue doesn't know why.

      Finally, John is sending to the jail for the rest of his life in one day. He says nothing.

      This night, Sue dreams again. But this time, she knows that she is dreaming.

      The shadow becomes clearer in front of her eyes, it is Lily!
