This issue has been occupying my mind from yesterday to today. In my life, losing weight successfully may be an exciting period. About my experience about losing weight, I guess some girls are interested in this topic. I’d like to share my methods.
Three years ago, I had been fat. I never thought I could lost weight successfully one day. Though I liked doing exercise for many years, the weight was always keeping the same. Despite of this, I still loved buying beautiful clothes for myself. I remember one time when I bought a pink sweater, which I loved it very much. However, I was told that I was not fit to wear it due to my fat figure. I was sad from my friend’s word, so I decided to try my best to lost weight.
From the first day of 2016 new year Eve, I extended my jogging time every day from thirty minutes to more than one hour. After six months, I only l just lost three kg though I was able to cover 10kilmetre every day. Then I started searching for some ways how to eat less and keep health. After I controlled my dinner food, my weight lost some pounds again in few weeks. When I was able to wear “S” size dresses, at that moment, I was exciting.
In two years, I always study cooking and I am good at cooking vegetables without meat. To keep my figure slim, I always eat less meat and white rice and tend to enjoy whole grains, fruits and vegetables.
Ladies and gentlemen, do you want to lost weight? Haha.
