Freedom and loneliness. Comparing with freedom, 1900 prefers loneliness. Actually, many of us thought we are free, but the reality is we were restrained in this big world and helpless.

2、Find three points that most touching or what you think is the most important details(conversation、picture or plot).

A/ A famous pianist, who is known as father of Jazz, boarded the ship. His target is to compete with 1900 and win. As a many year contestant, I should learn from 1900, not take it very serious and even got touched by competitor's music. While, in the end, when the competitor is too pushy and arrogant, he gives him some color to see see.

B/ 1900 finally decided to get off the ship for the girl he fell in love with. But in the middle of the stairs, he looked at the big city and stopped. For his whole life, he was on the ship, though lonely, he has his music and piano. He took off his hat and threw it into the sea and turned back to the ship. There is no limitation for the world, better to stay on the limited ship. He could still play piano and stay with his music.

C/ In 1900's eyes, people on land are not happy, they pursue a lot of things and missed the world's beauty. That's true, people just hard to enjoy the present, but to trace back or worry about future. While, present is the most precious moment, everyone of us should cherish.

3、What did you learn from the movie?

Don't lost in your desires. In this infinite world, everyone of us doomed to be lonely. After all, there is no others but yourself in this world, find your own way to live, just be yourself.

4、The background of the story.

A boy was abandoned on a huge ship, and a worker picked him up and raised him. He bacame an orphan when he was 8, his stepfather died of accident. One night, he sneaked into the first class cabin and realized he is a piano gifted person.
