1. 我知道自己有能力实现人生明确目标，因此我迫切要求自己为实现这一目标采取不懈的行动，此时此刻我就承诺要采取这种行动。

I know that I have the ability to achieve a clear goal in life, so I urgently demand that I take unremitting action to achieve this goal. At this moment I promise to take this action.

2. 我知道，我头脑中占主导地位的想法最终会以外在的、有形的行为体现出来，并慢慢地将自己转化成客观对等物，因此，我每天要花30分钟时间，全神贯注地想象自己将来应该是什么样，从而在脑海里形成一幅能精准描绘这种样子的清晰心像。

I know that the thoughts that prevail in my mind eventually manifest themselves in outward, tangible behavior, and slowly transform myself into an objective counterpart. Therefore, I spend 30 minutes a day imagining myself fully. What should be like in the future so as to create a clear heart in the mind that can accurately depict this kind of appearance

3. 我知道，通过自我暗示法则，我在心中坚定地怀有的任何欲望，都能最终以某种能实现欲望目标的有效手段表现出来。因此，我每天要专门花10分钟，敦促自己树立这种自信。

I know that through self-implicit rules, any desire that I firmly hold in my heart can ultimately be expressed in an effective way that can achieve my desires. So, I spend 10 minutes every day and I urge myself to build this confidence
