2019公历新年第一个月行动力欠缺，总是偷懒，还是要动起来才更有活力。新年也快要到了，不能胖。新年第一月晨读，可能因为没参加12月晨读，拿到资料后其实是有点懵，不知道这个月的晨读怎么开始，自己就懈怠了。后来才开始有点方向感。
