A Question about the Cartoon of TE

Dear David,

    I'm a reader of The Economist and love cartoons of it very much. I knew you were the cartoons' author and found your email on your personal web page.

    One day I got the newest TE  with cover story Peak Valley. I recognized Peter Thiel skateboarding in the cover image at a glance. I was also curious about the man in front stepping on an electic scooter and wearing glasses . Then I tried my best to know his identity, but failed.

    So I expect you to tell me the answer. I'm looking forward to your reply. Thank you.
