Today I read an article, and this article explained the difference about performance of man and women in network. From the essay, I know men are more socialist and realist because they think that the relationships between humans are variations, so they look to form alliances. And they feel that they must study something from their mentor. So, they trend to find a stronger mentor. But women are contrary to men because they think the stronger is more aggressive. So, they trend to want friend been their mentor.
This article is very short, but information of it is beneficial. As the proverb goes, only paranoia can change the word. It seems not bad been realistic men.
