下午的英语课我精心准备了关于慢跑的稿子并在课堂演讲。事实证明,积年的口语练习都没有白费。老师打出了史上最高分95。
PE(physicaleducation) used to be my least favorite subject in school. Plus picky food ,my physical quality has been very poor. At my worst ,I caught a cold once a month.When I enter college, my bad physical condition greatly affected my life,particularly when facing exam preparation.
It was by chance that I started to jogging on the playground every night. The only thing I need to do is to quit watching TV , change into a T-shirt and pants then spend half an hour or more running slowly on the playground.
To my surprise , I did not caught a cold during that semester and achieved excellent academic performance. After such return, I persisted in jogging for four yearsin college and kept it even my school life ended.
Jogging came to be a routine for me. When it rains , running outdoors becomes impossible. Even if I became an VIP in the fitting room ,I could not escape therisk of it going out of business. Those factors which kept me from running made me depressed. However, we have to compromise to life. Just accept thedifficulties .When the sun rises, jogging comes back.
Jogging makes me believe that big problems can be solved step by step. When I facedsome healthy problems, just kept a healthier diet, as time went, I recovered. WhenI wanted to be a freelance writer, I just kept reading and writing a diary every day then I came to realize I was getting closer and closer to the goal.When I wanted to change my profession , just kept contacting related field ,one year or more, it became true.
It is great pity that my traditional Chinese medicine prevents me from running at night because of my cold constitution. She suggests do exercise in the morning. Sometimes I struggle early in the morning to run for 3km. It seems jogging is only available on weekends now. Maybe I will buy a treadmill in the future to defend this habit that benefit me so much .
