    There is no better way to start your

    day than by getting a workout. Many

    people believe that if you exercise

    before going to work, you will feel

    more tired when you get to the office.

    but the truth is that exercise is

    proven to decrease stress levels and

    help you feel more energetic for the

    rest of the day.

    That's why you should always try to

    do at least 15 minutes of exercise

    before going to work.
