Meditation during Running.
I got this idea when i were running this morning. I want to keep running, and i also want to keep meditation. But it's difficult for me to have enough times to keep running and meditation. What's about doing meditation during running? Today i tried it.
I always run on the familiar tracks, sometimes in the park, sometimes in the place where i live. When i run , i don't need to pay more attention to the road. So i can focus on the breath or how my body feel during running. So i think it's okay that taking meditation during running.
And i don't meditate during the whole running times. Being a new meditation learner, i only need several minutes to meditate.
