第三个七天计划的完成情况:

a.周一至周五，6：10分早起后打卡，进行15分钟的健身。晚上下班跑步回家，完成每周跑步10公里的任务。跑步期间听喜马拉雅中的塑料知识。

完成情况:
本周有六天的早上进行了健身，跑步里程15公里。跑步期间听的是老友记音频，未听塑料知识。

b.早上健身完成后，在讯飞笔记记录小宝前一天的活动和自己的亲子感悟。

完成情况:本周完成五天的记录。

c. 晚上6:30跑步到家后，7:00带小宝到中心小学锻炼。9点给小宝洗澡，陪他睡觉。

完成情况:
周一至周三参加培训至晚上八点，周四和同事吃饭，周六打算一起去小学的他朋友进不去学校。只有周五练习了一个小时。

d. 周一完成teams中的设备培训课程。其余时间学习软件的使用。

完成情况:已完成培训课程，其余时间用完了复习课程上，所以没有学习软件的使用。

第4个下周计划如下:

c. 晚上6:30跑步到家后，7:00带小宝到中心小学锻炼。9点给小宝洗澡，陪他睡觉。其余时间学习mooc上的塑料知识。

d.完成剩余设备培训课程。

下面是本周的英语学习笔记。

Double click on "Component Services".

Open the path "Component Services/Computers" in the tree view on the left hand side, to see "My Computer".

Change the "Default Authentication Level " to "Connect".

Click on "Next" without put a checkmark.

Accpet the licence terms.

Mark "Yes, Restart my computer now." and click on "Restart" Button.

Double click on the new Desktop Icon.

Remove the checkmark from "Check for updates daily" and close this window.

Start the software by double click on the Desktop Icon.

Wait until the "Show" Button is not greyed out anymore.

If the PLC cannot be found even the physically connection is done in a correct way, it might be necessary to reset the Network sockets on your PC.

Choose the IP-Address in the same range like the the Address of the PLC.

Change the Adapter Settings of your Compter's Network Card.

Open Command Prompt with Administrator.

It should light yellow again.

Right click on your Windows start button.

Choose "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and click on the "Properties" Button.

Change the IP Address and Subnet Mask to the same Network Range like the PLC.

The training takes place three days in a row.
