I thought I have indulged in some situations that made me easy to outbreak or anxious when I meet some problems.
I can feel that some negative emotions are full of myself. I hate the feeling as if something have controlled myself. It makes me losing some peace and surround by some negative thoughts.
Try to adjust it it can help me to calm down. Maybe I should calm down for everything whatever happened just keep the same emotions.
To be honest it is my choice which causes the current situation. No one help me to calm down only myself to resolve it.
As the books said we are eager to get the result while we forget it needs time to wait rather than to get a result which needn't any efforts or times.
