Nowadays many adults have full-time jobs and the proportion of their lives spent doing such jobs is very high. So feelings about one's job must reflect how an individual feels about his or her life as a whole, and because of this, job satisfaction is indeed very important for the wellbeing of that person.
Employees get job satisfaction in a number of ways. Firstly, a person needs to feel that they are doing valued and valuable work, so positive feedback from superiors is very important in this respect. A sense of fulfillment is also encouraged if a worker feels the job is worth doing because it contributes to the society or the economy as a whole. Secondly, when someone feels they are improving or developing their skills through training opportunities, for example, then there is a sense of progress and purpose that rewards a worker. The sense of belonging to a team or a working community also contributes to job satisfaction because colleagues help each other to enjoy their working lives. Satisfaction is also increased by a sense of responsibility for and loyalty to a team.
Of course not everyone enjoys their work. Hard economic realities mean that many people have little choice in the kind of job they can get. In some cases an employee is working in a job that suits neither their skills nor their personality. Some jobs are repetitive and boring, and labor relations may be poor and lead to resentment and insecurity rather than to job satisfaction.
However, even though it is unlikely that all workers do feel happy in their work, I think it is not unrealistic to promote more job satisfaction in any job. If the factors identified above are implemented, then any job can be improved and more workers can feel greater degrees of job satisfaction.

看完例句，你会发现reflect的宾语都是事物，而且是抽象名词。
当你使用reflect时，你可以简单地用以上规则判断搭配是否合理。
当然，最标准的做法是——到语料库确认宾语和reflect的搭配是否存在。
reflect可以接宾语从句吗？

value的过去分词，用作定语：

1) 值得(prep.)
The book is worth 30 pounds.
介词worth的宾语，可以是钱，还可以是其他。

介词worth的宾语，还可以是V-ing.
advice worth taking
a place worth visiting
It is not worth discussing.
对某人来说，值。用哪个介词呢？
For me, it's worth a great deal.（可以理解，但不是标准的表达）
It's worth a great deal to me.
2) 价值(n.)
The total worth of the Australian sharemarket is now close to $520 billion.
worth的用法：the worth of sth.
These books are of little or no worth
worth的用法：sth. is of (great/no/little) worth
worth和哪个动词的搭配？
判断某物的价值。
The client has little means of judging the worth of the advice he is given.
评估某物的价值。
Some estimate the worth of the Nation of Islam's business empire at $75 million.
某事对某人的价值，用哪个介词呢？
Your worth to the team is unquestionable.
下面的句子对吗？

不对，要改成：
The value of his house has greatly increased.
解析：Don't talk about the 'worth' of something that someone owns.
所有权已经确定的事物的价值，不用worth.
以下例句，value都不能换成worth.

4. choice
想要理解好choice，就必须清楚它所指的两种基本的选择：
尚未做出的选择和已经做出的选择。
1) 尚未做出的选择
It is time to make a choice between the candidates.
In order to make a wise choice of a partner, you need to have people to choose from.
The IOC will make its choice at the committee's session in Buenos Aires in 2013.
2) 已经做出的选择
Her choice for dessert was ice cream.
Which car was your original choice?
This book would be my choice.
（虽然还没买，但是决定已做）
General Jones was a poor choice.
选General Jones就是没选对人。

choice和介词的搭配。

sb.'s choice of sth.指的是某人在某一类事物中选出的那（几）个。
choice的语义，不限于“选择”。

2) If clothes make you look attractive, don't say that they 'fit' you. You say that they suit you.
