All along, I am not very good or even to avoid speaking in front of the public. This open speech will always make me very nervous, the most nerve-racking part for me is those last few minutes before heading on stage. What I do to combat the stage fright is I head into bathroom, take three deep breaths in and out. In acting my fear, it becomes possible to overcome performance anxiety and find comfort and ease in expressing myself in front of others. Learn to accept yourself is the key to overcoming the stage fright.
