CC1——Cee

I’m a toastmaster

Good evening my dear toastmasters and guests:

I’m Cecilia, Ce-ci-lia. I prefer my nick name called by Victor first——Cee,(强调一遍 拼写一遍）It’s indeed a sweet name, I love that！

I know the requirements for CC1—— an introduction of myself. It’s sounds like an easy task  because I just need to talk about my character , my hobbies and so on。But when I started to think about it seriously——the most difficult questions in the world——who am I? What kind of person am I? Where am I going to?(笑) I found that there are two Cecilias in different situations with different people. The right one and the real one.

For the most of time I’m the right one.

As most men, I try to behave properly because I don’t want to make mistakes and lose face; I’m always friendly to everyone though I don’t agree with some of them; I seldom show my feelings ; I’m independent enough to do things alone and protect myself.

So this is the right Cecilia before I met you——my dear toastmasters.

It must be magic. I met you guys in that meeting, I even don’t know who are you, I don’t know where are you from? What’s your personality? Are you still a student or not?  I don’t know at all!  However, a loud voice came into my mind: Cecilia! Congratulations! You finally found a home in Jinan. You are totally one of them!

And then, with several meetings I attended lateer, I realized that all of you ——XDF, is a gift for me. I found Sophie is cute and flexible, me too! Elena has a good taste about clothing, I love that! Ivy and Harry like running, just like me! Victor likes movies and coffee, me too, Jessica likes me, me too! OK, there are so many common things to say. So, if you ask me: Hey, Cecilia, what kind of guy you are? Just go and ask yourself, we are the same person in a way——we are so independent to live our life though we feel lonely sometimes, We’re sincere to our loves, we enjoy our life and try new things , we have a strong heart to solve difficulties. Why? Because we are toastmasters. Maybe the only difference among us is the way we show our feelings.

For me, in TMC, in front of you, I’ll show my feelings in a straight way. Actually I have to many things to say about myself, like my favorite foods, my points about life, my trips, but I know we have enough time to know each other, I’m gonna share many stories about my life, my dream, my standpoints with you in following days. I don’t need to hide feelings, I don’t need to be a right girl here. When I choke, I’ll cry , when I happy I’ll smile, when I’m in trouble, I’ll say to you. I can rely on you sometimes.

My dear fellows, from now on, I’m Cecilia, I’m Cee, I want to grow up without limitation and love you with heart and soul. Who am I? A toastmaster just like you guys.
