As is known to all, physical exercise is of critical importance in our life, only with which can we stay healthy. There are all kinds of exercise: jogging, skipping rope, swimming, playing ball games and so on. Each kind of exercise has different characteristics, which should be considered seriously.
However, it is not that easy to keep on exercising. On the one hand, exercising sometimes can be exhausting. We may burn a lot of calories during every practice. On the other hand, it may not be easy sparing enough time for exercising. We may be buried in other things, such as studying, working and so on.
All in all, it is of great importance for us to keep exercising. Only if we keep on exercising can we keep fit.
