记得上次我们去综合课组织去中医馆参观，有一位老师十分喜欢我们班，于是今天这位老师就来教我们班了
一开始上课我们都学了一个动作，我们把一只手握权力，一只手打开放在，第一只手上面向上翻30度，这便是课前的小仪式
这周是综合课的第五周，所以是第四组来给我们讲爱草美容，我想要做这个一定很难吧，没想到只用把艾叶汁和柠檬汁倒入一个小碗里，然后放入冰箱，一天就做好了，可以保持皮肤不干燥，我好想试一试低俗九讲完了之后全班响起了热烈的掌声，这是那位老师说每天向你们这样都拍拍手，可以促进血液循环，对身体有很大的益处，我十分惊讶，没有想到随便拍拍手，还有这个好处。
令我最难忘的就是冬至吃饺子这个主题了，饺子我一点都不奇怪，也不陌生，但是用这种配料做出来的饺子，我还是第一次见呢，冬至这一天，民间流传着这样一个传说，只要在这天吃了饺子，冬天就不冷了，真有这么神奇，可是我在冬至这一天饺子可吃多了之后不照样很冷吗？老师告诉我们，只要往饺子里加入姜羊肉，葱五香粉，白菜那个饺子一煮出来啊，为可以让别人以为你家是开饭馆儿的呢，吃完身上暖暖的。
这节课我可真是收获满满！
