“听君一席话，胜读十年书。”近日，华美外国语学校初中部开展了“以规范促发展，向课堂要质量”的教学研讨活动，诚邀罗湖区教科院语文教研员余克俭、数学教研员洪飞、英语教研员余致晓、物理教研员谭振兴、化学教研员郭钰铭、生物教研员周湘、道法教研员万雪梅、历史教研员闫璟、地理教研员刘春明、体育教研员刘青岳等十几位专家莅临学校，随堂听课评课，分学科精准“诊断把脉”，为提升华美的课堂教学质量、教学研讨有效度及导学案设计规范度等方面指明方向，各学科教师受益匪浅。

专家随堂观课
Experts attend lectures in class
专家们“分组行动”，走进各学科班级随堂听课，对教师的导学案设计、课堂教学的过程、活动环节的开展、动手实践的评估、学生展示的效果等方面作了详细记录，并给予总结性评价。
The experts, acting in groups, attended lectures in classes of all subjects, made detailed records of the design of the guided learning plans, the process of classroom teaching, the development of activities, the evaluation of hands-on practice, the effect of students' demonstration and other aspects, and gave a summative evaluation.
在王维敏老师讲授的《皇帝的新装》语文课上，她将课堂分成了几大板块——词语拼读与解释、合作探究、角色扮演、分组细读讨论、课堂小结，让学生们在活动中、思考中、讨论中进行了学习。课堂氛围相当活跃，每个学生积极参与其中，并得到充分展示的机会。在物理课《物态变化》上，陈斯岗老师首先以科学视频为开场引发学生的兴趣，在学习知识点的过程中引入思维导图辅助记忆、并通过题型训练、回答展示让学生巩固知识点。
此外，在数学学科《整式的加减复习课》《投影》、化学学科《利用化学方程式进行简单计算》等课堂上，不同的课堂氛围与教师风格，均给专家们留下深刻印象。
In the Chinese class of "The Emperor's New Clothes" taught by Wang Weimin, she divided the class into several sections -- word spelling and explanation, cooperative exploration, role playing, group reading and discussion, class summary, and encouraged the students to learn through activities, thinking and discussion.

观课结束后，各科教师在各学科组专家的带领下，针对性地开展课堂教学的总结与反思。
After the class view, under the guidance of experts of each subject group, teachers carried out the classroom teaching summary and reflection pertinently.
针对于学校的小班化教学及探究特色，专家们希望老师们利用好“顾及每位学生”的优势，抓住课堂核心，探究重难点问题，有层次、有梯度地渗透强化概念，并在教学设计、导学案、课堂训练等方面细化、强化。此外，各学科专家针对学科知识点的把握、学科能力的学情分析以及老师语言的凝练度、课堂模式等方面，予以老师们精细化的指导。
专家们的建议与点拨，让老师们醍醐灌顶，认识到各自存在的问题与需要提升的方面，为做好下阶段的教学工作指明了方向。
The suggestions and inspirations from the experts made teachers realize their own problems and aspects that need to be improved, which pointed out the direction for the next stage of teaching work.

“规范年”

华美外国语学校顾问兼教学总监王满英校长将今年定为“规范年”，她表示，把常规做到极致就是创新，把创新做到极致就是文化，因此，学校需“立规、立德、立业、立命”。

今年以来，学校为提升教育教学质量，不仅制定了各学部教学工作计划，还开展了教研培训会、区教科院专家视导把脉、“青蓝工程”师徒结对仪式、教学常规检查与反馈、月考及质量分析、教学工作暨质量建设大会等活动，稳步推进各项教育教学质量工作，效果显著。
