159素食代餐辟谷第三天,清晨六点准时起床,习惯性的测量体重73.9公斤,只比昨天下降了1.2斤,腹围也缩小了一厘米,腰围没有变化。其实别小看体重一点点的下降,对于我来说却是极大的好事。第一天下降幅度大其实是水分,后两天下降幅度小,恰恰说明了我的脂肪率越来越低了。

早上迎着朝阳,晚上披着暮色,一天跑了五百公里,不断补充水分。洗漱完毕,看看自己精神状态还不错,看书,喝水,十点准时睡觉,今晨自然醒,一夜沉睡,看看自己,并没有像大家所说的,辟谷,脸色灰暗,皮肤干燥,我反而觉得皮肤越来越好,脸色正常,镜子里发现我的头上白头发好像有所减少,头皮上的小痘痘也都不见了。欣喜,继续坚持,
