对于青年学生如何更好地成长成才，实现人生价值，钟南山院士给出了“肯干、能干、善干、恒干、敢干”的谆谆嘱托。他说，要肯干，就要有动力，永不满足；要能干，就要有能力，练好基本功；要善干，就要有凝聚力，调动积极性；要恒干，就要有体力，终生锻炼；要敢干，就要有抗挫力，永不言败。
