新修订的动物防疫法5月起正式实施，养犬不办证、遛狗不牵狗绳等将被视为违法行为。

犬吠严重可能影响他人的正常工作和休息，别放任它。

在人多的场合给狗狗戴上嘴套，避免狗狗误伤他人或误食有害的东西。

未对宠物采取安全措施造成他人损害的，宠物饲养人或管理人应当承担侵权责任。

If you fail to take safety measures for the pet and cause damage to others, the pet keeper or manager shall bear tort liability.

不私养烈性犬。犬主需明确自己所在地区的禁养犬名录。选择饲养合法合规的犬种。

Do not keep fierce dogs in private. Dog owners need to know the list of prohibited dogs in their area. Choose the type of dog that is legally compliant.

不要遗弃狗狗。遗弃或逃逸的动物造成他人损害的，原动物饲养者或管理人承担侵权责任。

Don't abandon the dog. If an abandoned or escaped animal causes damage to others, the original animal keeper or manager shall bear tort liability.

狗狗的一生不长，决定领养它就要为它负责，爱它就陪伴它一生。
